It lasts 15-20 days. It includes theee steps; 1st step is ovarian stimulation step. It lasts 10-12 days. In this step follicles which include oocytes develope with injections. Second step is oocyte collection which is done under anestesia and takes 15-20 minutes. Oocytes are collected and fertilized with the husband’s sperm on the same day. The next day embryos are formed and followed in the laboratory for 3-5 days depending on the embryo number and development. The 3rd step is embryo transfer step which is easy and takes 5-10 minutes. The best embryo was given into the uterus under normal gynecologic examination position with a thin catheter. About 10-12 days after transfer procedure blood pregnancy test was done.
